- To begin with go to settings and click on passwords and accounts, for older iphones/ipads this will be found under the mail settings.
2. Now click on add account, then click on other
3. Now click on add mail account
4. You will now need to enter in a name of the new account, your email address, password and a description of the email account then press next.
5. In the settings window we suggest you use imap which will sync with your other devices. Then for the incoming server enter in the host name and username (email address).
6. Enter in the same details for the outgoing mail server then click on next and this will then verify the account which may take a few minutes.
