In your cPanel you have an interface that allows you to configure the spam filter settings for your account. Spam filters identify, sort or delete unsolicited email, commonly known as spam.
Below is a simple guide on how to access your spam filters and use some of the features in the application.
1.Log into your client area click on services then on the active button next to your hosting account.
1.1 Under actions you can login to your cPanel.
1.2 In your cPanel search for file spam filters and open this.
1.3 Enabling the first switch processes emails and marks suspicious email messages as spam.
1.4 Enabling the 2nd switch will automatically delete spam messages. However the Auto-Delete option permanently deletes new emails with a calculated spam score greater than the Auto-Delete Threshold Score.
1.5 There are also Additional Configurations you can change For Advanced Users.
1.6 Whitelisting an email allows you to receive email from an email address that Apache Spam Assassin falsely marks as spam. Using Blacklists allows you to mark emails that Apache Spam Assassin falsely marks as non-spam as spam mail.
